Multiple pregnancy is different from single pregnancy in the following ways.
- Multiple pregnancy usually last for about 37 weeks instead of 40 weeks
- It doesnt matter how healthy you are or how perfect your babies are growing, you will be considered high risk and monitored throughout the pregnancy
- You will go for more scans and prenatal appointments during pregnancy to make sure that the babies are growing well
- Morning sickness is usually terrible with multiple pregnancy .
- You will gain more weight. You not only have extra babies to carry but also extra amniotic fluid and extra placenta if they are identical twins.
- Tiredness and fatigue are more common with multiple pregnancy that singleton pregnancy
