Any type of physical activity is important to help you stay fit and keep healthy.  It is important that you keep moving. Exercise should be a regular part of your life. It can be joining a gym class, joining a spot team or working out on your own.

Other ways to help keep a healthy lifestyle include the following :

  • Watch less TV and less time on the computer or video game.
  • Eat  3 healthy meals a day, including at least 4 servings of fruits, 5 servings of vegetables  and 4 servings of dairy products.
  • Drink lots of fluids before, during after exercises to make of for what you lost during sweating.
  • Eat less junk or fast food.
  • Reduce your intake of regular soft drink.
  • Get about 9 to 10 hours of sleep every night.
  • Done smoke cigarette, drink alcohol or do drugs
