Using ginger to relive morning sickness and nausea
- grate fresh ginger in hot water and use as tea
- ground ginger into a capsule and use several times a day. Buy ginger capsules that are regulated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). It is important make sure the capsule is not mixed with any substance that will harm your baby
- eating crystalline ginger seem to work for some women
- ginger in a sugar base syrup is also available in some health stores
There is no known risk that is associated with eating ginger during pregnancy. Some women have reported heart burn and reflux.
