How is your 43 week old baby doing

Your baby understands simple instructions even though he may still ignore you when you say “no”. Even though your baby may not remember yesterday, it is not too late to set boundaries and teach your child right from wrong.

Now that you are a new parent, you may be wondering how much you should integrate your parents self into your workplace. Observe how other parents have done this and use it as a guide. You may need to take some hours or time off  because of the baby. Find out how much time off hours are available and use it wisely.

You can also come to work early and leave early. Some people also work though lunch time so that they can leave early.  Talk to your boss about and it and see what  schedule works best for you so that you can have time for your baby while doing your job efficiently.
