Should i bathe my babies often ?
Babies do not need a bath everyday especially newborns. It is not until babies start crawling in dirt or around kitchen floors and make themselves really dirty that they require full body wash. Until then you only need to focus on relatively limited body parts.
You need to pay attention to the diaper areas and surroundings and other areas such as the mouth and places with skin folds. If you make it a habit of checking these areas regularly and cleaning them as needed with a wet washcloth, you really wont have to bathe your baby every single day. Bathing the baby a couple of times a week is enough.
You should note that bathing your baby several times a week can dry his or her skin out.
