Natural ways of dealing with stress during pregnancy ?
Get enough rest : Tiredness can cause increased negative emotions such as stress. You need to take frequent breaks throughout the day and try to have a good sleep at night. You should cut down on household activities by getting help from the family as much as you can.
Eat health : Eating a healthy well-balanced diet can reduce stress and also keep you and your baby healthy.
Stay active : Try mild to moderate exercises such as walking. You can do this several days a week for about 30 minutes. It helps lower the cortisol level which is known to be responsible for anxiety.
Relaxation techniques : You can try relaxation techniques such as prenatal yoga and meditation.
Know the triggers : Take note of things that makes you feel stress out and try to avoid them.

If you try all these natural ways and they don’t help, you need to talk to your health care provider. He may consider giving you some medications that are safe to take during pregnancy.
