Eat healthy : It is crucial to eat  a healthy and balanced diet during pregnancy. Your baby needs all the necessary nutrients and vitamins to develop into a healthy baby.

 

Exercise : Exercise during pregnancy helps boosts your energy level. It also helps  relieve some of the discomforts of pregnancy such as constipation, swelling, bloating and leg cramps. Exercising also helps you get a good sleep.
