What is HIV ?

 
HIV means human immunodeficiency virus. This virus causes AIDS which is stands for acquired immune deficiency syndrome . The virus compromises the body’s ability to fight infection and some forms of cancers. There is no cure for HIV but there are drugs that drastically slow down the progression of the disease.
